Key Responsibilities:

Acquire skill in client handling, project and people management, reporting & presentation.

Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving project execution, workflow and automation apps, and service delivery metrics.

Help prepare presentations for client interactions, business reviews, and project governance meetings and actively present.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support automation, data analysis, and process improvements.





Analyze operational data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.

Support operations leaders for effective cost management through resource planning, productivity tracking and governance. Qualifications:
