- Analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Support cost optimization initiatives, strategic sourcing, and vendor evaluation to improve business efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with potential vendors based on business requirements, pricing, capabilities, and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Business Teams, Procurement, and Operations for smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain trackers, MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation for ongoing initiatives.
- Drive timely follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Assist in preparing business reports, analysis, presentations, and insights for leadership reviews.
