Role Description This is a full time, on-site Management Intern role based in Salem.

The Management

Intern will support day-to-day business operations across functions such as sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer support.

Responsibilities may include assisting with market research, data analysis, and performance tracking, helping coordinate with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners, and supporting promotional campaigns and social media initiatives. The role will also involve contributing to process documentation,



preparing reports and presentations for leadership, and assisting with inventory, vendor coordination, and basic administrative tasks. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn end-to-end business processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and basic data interpretation skills to support decision-making and performance tracking.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

- Interest in sales, marketing, and brand-building activities, especially in FMCG, food, or consumer products.

- Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities in a quick-paced startup setting.

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs) for reports and presentations.

- High level of ownership, willingness to learn, and openness to working in on-ground operations when required.

- Interest in healthy snacking, nutrition, and consumer trends in the food and beverage sector is an advantage.
