Position:- Management Representative (MR) – Compliance

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Management Representative (MR) – Compliance with

3–7 years of experience in the Hose Pipe or Oil & Gas industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS),

ensuring compliance with API 7K, ISO standards, statutory requirements, and customer-

specific quality requirements. The role involves leading internal audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring effective implementation of quality management processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:-

 Act as the Management Representative (MR) for the Integrated Management

System (IMS).

 Ensure implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the IMS in accordance with ISO standards and company policies.

 Maintain compliance with API 7K and other applicable industry standards.

 Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits across all departments.

 Coordinate external audits, certification audits, surveillance audits, and customer audits.

 Prepare audit schedules, audit reports, corrective action plans (CAPA), and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

 Monitor compliance with statutory, regulatory, customer, and internal quality requirements.

 Conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM) and maintain related documentation.

 Develop and update quality manuals, SOPs, work instructions, procedures, and compliance records.





 Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continual improvement initiatives.

 Train employees on quality systems, IMS requirements, audit processes, and compliance standards.

 Monitor KPIs related to quality and compliance and present reports to senior management.

 Coordinate with Production, Design, Projects, Purchase, QA/QC, and Sales teams to ensure process compliance.

 Handle customer quality documentation and compliance-related queries.

 Support investigations related to non-conformities and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Required Skills:-

 Strong knowledge of API 7K requirements and implementation.

 Excellent understanding of Integrated Management Systems (IMS).

 Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001 preferred; ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certification is an added advantage).

 Experience in planning and conducting internal and external audits.

 Strong knowledge of quality management systems, documentation control, and

CAPA.

 Positive understanding of risk assessment, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.

 Excellent documentation, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.





Educational Qualification:-

 Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

 Additional certifications in ISO Lead/Internal Auditor, API Standards, or Quality

Management will be preferred.

Preferred Experience:-

 3–7 years of experience in Hose Pipe Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Piping, or

Engineering Manufacturing industries.

 Hands-on experience with API 7K, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IMS implementation.

 Experience handling third-party certification audits and customer quality audits.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
