About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Executive to manage sales operations, dispatch coordination, and day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling customer orders, coordinating dispatches, and working with the Vastra App and Nudevo Application to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities Manage sales inquiries and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate order processing and dispatch activities.
Handle daily operations using Vastra App and Nudevo Application.
Maintain dispatch records and ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams.
Monitor inventory and order status.
Prepare reports and update sales records.
Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or dispatch management.
Hands-on experience with the Vastra App and Nudevo Application is preferred.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and business operations.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
