Role Description

We invite applications from passionate and committed academicians for the position of Management Faculty. The selected candidate will teach PGDM courses, mentor students, guide projects, undertake quality research, contribute to curriculum development, and actively participate in accreditation, industry interaction, academic administration, and institutional development initiatives.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Management or an allied discipline from a recognized university, as per AICTE norms.

First Class in MBA/Two-year Full-time AICTE-approved PGDM or equivalent qualification.





Solid research credentials with publications in reputed journals.

Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

Industry, consultancy, corporate training, or executive education experience will be an added advantage.

Experience

Assistant Professor: As per the latest AICTE norms.

Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience with at least 2 years post-Ph.D. experience, as per AICTE norms.

Professor: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience with at least 3 years as an Associate Professor or equivalent, as per AICTE norms.
