We're Hiring: Management Accountant / Financial Consultant

Qualified services and consulting firm based in DMCC, delivering outsourced accounting, payroll, HR, and business advisory services to a diverse client portfolio.

We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant / Financial Consultant to take full ownership of our end-to-end accounting operations — for both the company and our clients.

What you'll own

- Full-cycle accounting, month-end and year-end closing under IFRS
- Cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Zoho Books data integrity and financial reporting
- Invoicing, receivables management, and collections follow-up
- Vendor payments, bank portal management, and WPS submissions
- Monthly payroll processing and compliance
- UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance
- Project- and client-level profitability reporting




- Audit readiness and support for internal and external audits
- Building SOPs, internal controls, and process automation

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ACCA / CPA / CA / CMA preferred
- 5–7 years' experience in accounting, finance operations, audit, or consulting
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience is mandatory
- Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or a comparable accounting system
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills

This role suits someone who works with minimum supervision, spots issues before they escalate, and drives them through to resolution.
