As a Managed Services - Fintech - Associate 2, you will play a pivotal role in executing outsourced processes, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment, and processing. You will implement and monitor quality controls while resolving escalations and queries, contributing to the streamlined operations and efficiency improvements for our clients.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and reliability, adapting to a fast-paced environment with diverse clients and team members. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Assurance practice, where you will apply your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization.

You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, building commercial awareness and understanding how the business works. By adopting habits to sustain performance and developing your potential,

Responsibilities Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, including performance tuning.

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Sigma Computing and Power BI.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights using cloud data platforms.

Apply row‑level and user‑level security to ensure data governance and access control.

Build and manage ETL workflows for reliable and scalable data processing.

Partner with data engineering teams to validate data accuracy and align data models with business logic.

Train and support end users on Sigma tools, reporting best practices, and data literacy.

Support financial reporting activities, including month‑end close, general ledger reconciliations, and treasury‑related analysis.

Perform statistical analysis such as weighted averages, measures of central tendency, and dispersion.

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, system controls,



and operational efficiency.

Independently manage projects and collaborate with teams including AP, AR, Oracle ERP, and Application Support.

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 1-3 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required

Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently write and optimize complex queries. Hands‑on experience with Sigma Computing (preferred) and Power BI. Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms. Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, and role‑based access control.

Advanced

Excel skills, including VBA and macro automation.

What Sets You Apart Sigma Computing: Experience building interactive dashboards, implementing row‑level and user‑level security, and training end users on best practices.

SQL: Advanced proficiency in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning, and execution plan analysis.

ETL Tools: Experience developing data pipelines for extracting, cleansing, transforming, and loading large datasets from multiple sources.

Power BI: Dashboard development and visualization.

Snowflake: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses.

Microsoft Excel (VBA): Strong command of formulas, macros, and automation for reporting and reconciliation.

Microsoft SharePoint: Used for cross‑functional collaboration, documentation, and project tracking.
