Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage major incidents from detection to resolution, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement in IT processes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in a Major Incident Manager role or similar SME position.
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and ability to apply it effectively during incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
