Key Responsibilities:

- Utility System Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of utility systems, including plant substations, DG sets, fire hydrant systems, compressors, cooling towers, and lifting tackles.
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Shutdown & Upgrade Management: Plan and coordinate shutdowns and system upgrades to minimize disruption to production schedules.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to utility systems promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all utility systems comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational guidelines.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance audits.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability,



reducing maintenance costs, and enhancing system performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous production and operational goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in maintenance engineering, specifically within the MV cable industry.
- Solid knowledge of utility systems: plant substations, DG sets, fire hydrant systems, compressors, cooling towers, and lifting tackles.
- Experience in planning and executing maintenance activities, shutdowns, and system upgrades.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and documentation practices.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
