Key Responsibilities:

- Utility System Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of utility systems, including plant substations, DG sets, fire hydrant systems, compressors, cooling towers, lifting tackles, RO plants, and UPS systems.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans to ensure continuous operations without disrupting production schedules.
- Shutdown & Upgrade Planning: Plan and coordinate shutdowns and system upgrades, ensuring minimal impact on production while maintaining safety and operational standards.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead investigations into equipment failures, identify the root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly,



ensuring equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational guidelines related to utility systems.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, failure analysis, and compliance audits.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and improving maintenance practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goals and projects.
