We are seeking a dedicated and technically competent Maintenance Executive to join its manufacturing facility at Bidadi. The role requires hands-on experience in plant maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of production machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure optimum operational efficiency.
- Execute maintenance schedules to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Maintain utilities including compressors, pumps, motors, DG sets, and related equipment.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, job cards, equipment history, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company maintenance procedures.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements when necessary.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in maintenance activities within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in handling production machinery and factory utilities.
- Exposure to preventive maintenance systems and troubleshooting techniques.
