We are looking for experienced Mainframe and DB2/AS400 Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-level mainframe applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create technical and program specifications for mainframe applications
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and DB2
- Collaborate with team members to deliver all required application components
- Perform code reviews and resolve technical issues
- Provide support during production issues and critical code red situations
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience with Mainframe Technologies (COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB2)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and support the team lead in delivery activities
- Must have experience in Automotive domain
