Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to operate hydraulic machines used for manufacturing eco-friendly areca leaf plates, bowls, and trays. The ideal candidate should have experience operating hydraulic, power press, or similar production machinery in a manufacturing environment and be committed to maintaining quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate hydraulic areca leaf plate-making machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up and change dies as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper machine temperature, pressure, and cycle settings.
- Inspect finished products for size, shape, finish, and quality.
- Segregate defective products and report quality issues immediately.
- Maintain daily production records and machine logbooks.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
- Inform the supervisor about machine breakdowns or abnormal operation.
- Follow production schedules to meet daily output targets.




- Maintain cleanliness and follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Minimize raw material wastage and handle areca leaf sheaths carefully.

Eligibility
- ITI, Diploma, or Higher Secondary (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience operating hydraulic presses, power press machines, thermoforming machines, or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Freshers with robust mechanical aptitude may also be considered.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of production quality standards.
- Ability to use measuring tools and inspect finished products.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
- Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes.
