Machine Maintenance Engg Dealing Key Gear and Breakdowns /: Responsibilities/: Emergency Breakdown Intervention/: Identify and fix complicated mechanical and electro/-hydraulic equipment failures on injection molding production lines, promptly resuming operations to reduce costly line/-stop expenses. Ownership of the Preventive Maintenance PM Lifecycle/: Plan, oversee, and carry out thorough PM checklists on injection molding equipment.

Advanced Hydraulic System Diagnostics/: Diagnose, reconstruct, and adjust intricate high/-pressure hydraulic systems, such as accumulation circuits, servo/-hydraulic systems, directional solenoids, proportional flow valves, and displacement pumps. PLC Logic Tracking & Sensor Calibration/: Track input/output sequences, isolate software fault loops, and calibrate crucial line sensors by directly interacting with machine micro/-processor controllers PLC/HMI systems. Heavy mechanical drive systems, such as injection screw and barrel sets, toggle bush linkages, mold clamping platens, platen parallel/-checks, and hydraulic ejector setups, should be reconditioned and aligned.





Predictive Maintenance Monitoring/: To identify physical defects early, use predictive maintenance diagnostics, such as motor vibration mapping, thermodynamic infrared imaging, and routine lubrication oil filtering analysis.

Maintenance Spare Parts Inventory Controls/: Create procurement requests to avoid stockouts and maintain exact stock limits for essential machine spares, such as heating bands, hydraulic seals, check valves, proximity sensors, relays, and lubrication oils.
