Serving as the "Zero/-Downtime Shop/-Floor Guardian," you ensure that toggle mechanisms, proportional hydraulic valves, injection screw assemblies, and microprocessor controllers operate dependably down to exact cycling speeds by bridging the gap between aggressive production schedules and machine wear vectors. The ideal applicant is a highly analytical, practical maintenance specialist who combines a systematic approach to tracking maintenance spare parts, updating system registers,



and preserving plant safety with in/-depth diagnostic knowledge of high/-pressure hydraulic loops and PLC logic tracking.

Key Skills/: Industrial Hydraulics &

- Proportional Circuit Fluency/: A thorough understanding of circuit schematics, pressure calibration points, seal replacement techniques, and closed/-loop hydraulic mechanics.

- PLC Troubleshooting Competency/: Excellent operational knowledge in reading intricate industrial electrical schematics, tracking control panels, identifying short circuits, and troubleshooting PLC I/O signals.
