Job Summary:

Responsible for delivering a premium customer experience while selling luxury automobiles, building long-term client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell luxury and premium automobiles to individual and corporate clients

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options

- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives

- Generate recent leads through networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and key clients

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

- Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and coordinate the complete sales process

- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Delivery teams

- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospective and existing customers

- Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings

Skills Required:

- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills





- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Customer-centric approach with a professional and polished personality

- Knowledge of luxury automotive products and premium customer service

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

- Strong networking and business development skills

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage)

- 3–8 years of experience in luxury automotive sales, premium retail, or high-value product sales

- Valid driving license is preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with luxury automotive brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Lexus, Volvo, Porsche, or similar premium brands

- Experience handling HNI clients, corporate accounts, and premium customer relationships

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
