We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Lower Primary Head to lead and mentor the Grade 1 & 2 team while ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about primary education, possess strong people skills, and be committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Education/Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant discipline.

B.Ed. or EECed (Early Childhood Education) is mandatory.

Experience Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the Foundational Section (Nursery to Grade 2) of a reputed CBSE/ICSE/International school.

Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in an academic leadership role such as Coordinator, Incharge, or Team Leader will be preferred.

Additional

Qualifications CTET qualification will be preferred.





Sound knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessment practices, NEP 2020, and the National Curriculum Framework – Foundational (NCF-FS).

Experience in curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, lesson observations, and academic monitoring.

Skills Robust leadership and team management skills.

Good understanding of child psychology and foundational learning.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Effective classroom observation and coaching skills.

Ability to analyse student performance data and implement improvement plans.
