Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Monitoring Center (RMC) Analyst Supervisor to lead a team of Condition Monitoring Analysts responsible for delivering remote asset health monitoring services across the Asia Pacific region. The role involves team leadership, vibration analysis, predictive maintenance, customer support, and continuous improvement of remote monitoring operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Remote Monitoring Analysts.
- Manage daily operations, allocate workloads, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality monitoring services.
- Act as the first point of escalation for technical and operational issues.
- Review vibration analysis reports and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in condition monitoring methodologies and reporting.
- Monitor industrial equipment remotely using Schaeffler tools such as OPTIME Web UI Dashboard, ExpertViewer, SmartUtility Analysis Software, ProLink, and SmartCheck.
- Analyze vibration spectra and machinery health trends to identify equipment abnormalities and predict failures.
- Prepare technical reports with maintenance recommendations based on condition monitoring findings.
- Collaborate with Internal Sales, Field Service Engineers (FSEs), and Service Partners to support customers and improve equipment reliability.
- Maintain cloud-based monitoring environments and ensure uninterrupted access to machine data.




- Track customer value through ticketing systems and support digital service growth initiatives.
- Prepare and present team performance reports, KPIs, productivity metrics, and customer satisfaction reports.
- Support resource planning, team development, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, or Machinery Diagnostics.
- ISO 18436 Category III Vibration Analyst Certification (Mobius/VI or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of vibration analysis, FFT, signal processing, machinery diagnostics, and predictive maintenance.
- Experience monitoring rotating equipment such as:

- Motors

- Pumps

- Compressors

- Fans

- Gearboxes

- Industrial rotating machinery
- Hands-on experience with industrial condition monitoring software and remote monitoring platforms.
- Knowledge of sensors, data acquisition systems, Industrial IoT, cloud-based monitoring solutions, and Windows-based environments.
- Familiarity with industries such as Cement, Mining, Steel, Pulp & Paper, Chemical, Food & Packaging, or other heavy industrial sectors.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading technical teams, conducting performance reviews, and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and global environment.
