? Position Details

Role: Sales Executive (International B2B Sales)

Location: Remote (PAN India)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST (1-hour break)

Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday + Australian Public Holidays

? Experience Required

- 2–5+ years in International Telesales / Business Development
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Experience selling to overseas markets is highly preferred

? What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Australia
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Generate new business through outbound telesales and appointment setting
- Convert prospects into long-term customers
- Build strong client relationships and exceed sales targets




- Monitor customer activity to maximise business growth

? What We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Experience making high-volume outbound sales calls
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills; HubSpot CRM experience is an advantage
- Strong research and networking skills
