Job Description: This role will have the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Vehicle / Truck Arrangement

- Arrange and coordinate vehicles / trucks for all India inbound & outbound material movement as per requirement
- Plan and schedule dispatches for timely pickup and delivery of material at project / exhibition sites
- Manage loading / unloading, packing and safety of material during transit

2. Transporter Management & Cost Control

- Negotiate freight rates with transporters & fleet owners
- Maintain a reliable transporter / vendor network across India
- Handle domestic courier & cargo for parcels and small consignments

3. Tracking & Coordination

- Track vehicles in transit and follow up with drivers / transporters until material is safely delivered
- Coordinate with plant, purchase, projects and site teams for inbound raw material and outbound dispatches
- Resolve damage / delay claims with transporters

4. Documentation & Compliance

- Ensure proper documentation E-way bills, LR, delivery challans and GST compliance for all movements
- Verify transporter bills,



LR / freight invoices as per agreed rates
- Maintain records for audit and reference

5. Billing & Monthly Closing

- Monthly reconciliation of transporter / freight accounts
- Timely processing of freight bills and provisions
- Support in audit queries and cost reports

Skills Required:

- Logistics / transport operations knowledge
- Vendor & transporter negotiation
- E-way bill & GST documentation knowledge
- MS Excel skills
- Coordination, follow-up & attention to detail
