Role Description The Logistics Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai, responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing logistics activities that support immigration consulting projects. This role includes managing end-to-end project timelines, aligning resources, and ensuring that documentation, client files, and workflows move efficiently through internal and external processes.

The Logistics Project

Manager will monitor budgets, track shipments or document transfers, liaise with consultants and clients, and resolve operational issues to keep projects on schedule.



Daily tasks also involve maintaining compliance with internal standards, preparing status reports, optimizing logistics processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of logistics-related initiatives.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and budgeting capabilities to interpret data, forecast needs, and manage project costs.
- Proficiency in logistics management, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and process improvement.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or project management, preferably in consulting or service industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Madurai, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with project management tools, MS Office, and basic reporting or documentation practices.
