We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Executive to manage dispatch, transportation, courier coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery follow-ups from our Karol Bagh, Recent Delhi location.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatches and deliveries.
- Arrange and coordinate with transporters, courier companies, and delivery partners.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up with transporters and courier agencies regarding shipment status.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch and logistics documentation.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and the internal office team.
- Handle delivery-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Update shipment and delivery status through Excel, Email, and WhatsApp.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, Courier, Transport, Warehouse, or Supply Chain.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of transport booking and courier handling.
- Familiarity with dispatch documentation and delivery follow-up.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and follow-ups efficiently.
- Candidates below 30 years are preferred.
Preferred Candidates Candidates residing in Karol Bagh or nearby areas will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
