Role Description The Logistics Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role oversees day-to-day logistics operations, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments.

The Logistics

Supervisor manages warehouse activities, inventory control, and transportation scheduling to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Responsibilities include supervising logistics staff, tracking performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, optimizing processes,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong logistics and supply chain management skills, including experience in transportation planning, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Operational leadership skills, with the ability to supervise teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and other external partners.
- Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and basic MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
- Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance practices in logistics operations.
- Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain supervision; experience within diversified or infrastructure-related businesses is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
