Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer Silver Peak SD-WAN to support the design, deployment, optimization, and ongoing operations of global SD-WAN infrastructure ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performance WAN connectivity for mission-critical warehouse automation, robotics, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, configure, and support Silver Peak (HPE Aruba EdgeConnect) SD-WAN solutions
- Manage SD-WAN appliances, orchestrator, and policies to ensure optimal application performance and uptime
- Perform WAN migrations from legacy MPLS to SD-WAN architectures
- Configure and troubleshoot path conditioning, QoS, traffic steering, and application policies
- Monitor WAN performance, latency, jitter, and packet loss; proactively resolve issues
- Integrate SD-WAN with existing LAN, data center, cloud, and security platforms (firewalls, VPNs)
- Support site turn-ups, cutovers, and decommissioning activities across global locations
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews
- Collaborate with network, security, cloud, and operations teams across time zones




- Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational runbooks
- Support change management and maintenance windows as required

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in Silver Peak / Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN
- Solid understanding of WAN technologies, routing, and IP networking (BGP, OSPF, static routing)
- Experience with MPLS, broadband, LTE/5G, and hybrid WAN environments
- Solid knowledge of VPNs, IPsec, and network security fundamentals
- Ability to troubleshoot complex WAN and SD-WAN performance issues
- Experience working in offshore or globally distributed support models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP) via SD-WAN
- Aruba or Silver Peak certifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse automation environments
- Familiarity with network monitoring and performance analytics tools
- ITIL or operational process experience
