About role:



This person will work in a fast-paced environment where the collective team emphasis is to generate market driven solutions that work. The successful candidate will be required to collaborate effectively with developers, offshore development team members, business owners, project management, and other internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Create user stories and Plan software releases
- Collaborate with teams to allocate human resources, prioritize features
- Effective communication including raising time risks and mitigations plans including preparing status reports
- Track customers’ bugs
- Perform end-to-end analysis of the workflows and document gaps and requirements that would be essential to bridge any product gaps and share those as requirements
- Work with the PM and stakeholders to continue to refine business requirements

Requirements

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
- 5-9 years’ experience in business analysis or product management, preferably healthcare IT.
- Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, RUP processes.
- Understanding of US healthcare workflows, Interop standards.
- Understanding of transactions such as HIPAA x12, HL7, FHIR, EDIFACT, NCPDP etc,
- Understanding of Provider domain as well as EMR Integration and connectivity.
- Good knowledge of the data formats, communication protocols, basic knowledge of the programming languages.
- Responsive, responsible, self-motivated person, ready to work flexible hours especially during the pre-release time.
