Role Overview

You will be supporting our Global Business Teams with SAP technologies across 95 markets, driving the creation of the Order to Cash (O2C) Roadmap with full IT accountability for our IT Finance platforms. As the SAP S/4 HANA expert, you will see the big picture and localize it to the market at hand, utilizing your fantastic business partnering skills to help us operate our cutting-edge, globally implemented SAP tools. You will be trusted with real responsibility and ownership, deciding and delivering solutions in a greenfield environment

Main Accountabilities

Solution Ownership

- Be the functional expert in the SAP Order to Cash areas, specifically minimum SAP S/4 HANA 1709; SD, LE, FSCM, MM, and SAP TPM.
- Demonstrate integration experience across SAP TPM and SAP IBP.
- Apply functional expertise in Allocation, EDI, Order Management, Credit Management, Invoicing, Collection, and Disputes focused on Consumer Goods Processes.
- Engage with Upfield Global Process Owners (Order to Cash) to drive the creation of the Order to Cash Technical & Functional Roadmap.
- Own the Technical Design of SAP Order to Cash solutions and ensure comprehensive solution documentation is in place.
- Build and validate adherence to Technical Standards by IT Partners, including development, integration, and testing standards.
- Help define an IT Product Roadmap Strategy for managed IT Platforms based on Industry Best Practices, Software Publisher Roadmaps, and Upfield's specific functional strategy.

Demand Management





- Review and validate all new IT demand in the Order to Cash Area, challenging requirements where they deviate from Best Practices or Standard solutions.
- Document and progress with Business Requirements for fit-for-purpose solutions and articulate those solutions with Third Party Systems Integrators (SI).
- Work closely with Cross IT Platform Owners, Global Business Process Owners, and IT Partners to manage Demand Backlog, as well as validate and sign off on Functional and Technical Specifications and Effort estimation.
- Validate Impact assessment and Design documentation to ensure Operational Processes are not affected post-deployment.
- Drive Cost Leadership in Demand Delivery by challenging any non-standard design or requirements, and manage the capacity and cost allocation of each current change.

Minimum Requirements

- 10+ years minimum experience in the SAP Applications Implementation and Support Lifecycle within ERP Order to Cash applications, with an understanding of how it supports the business sector.
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience delivering SAP changes or projects either as a project manager or Solution Architect.
- 3+ years of experience in the SAP S4/HANA digital core.
- 3+ years of experience working with senior functional or business stakeholders across countries in a regional or global role.
- 2+ years of solid understanding of SAP Support Operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
