- Invoice Processing Po and Non-PO
- Payment processing and Banking
- Vendor query Resolution
- Employee expense Processing
- Statement Reconciliation
- Vendor Clearing
- Other monthly reporting
- Good written and verbal communication
- Hands on working knowledge of SAP

Experience and Qualification

- Minimum 15 years of education with 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes
- Perform day to day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance,



invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment)
- Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
- Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the relevant F&A; Processes
- Strong customer orientation
- Problem solving skills

Job Description - RTR:

- Journal entry processing
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Month end tasks end reporting
- Fixed asset accounting
- Inventory accounting (limited requirement)
- Standard costing (limited requirement)
- Good written and verbal communication
- Hands on working knowledge of SAP
- Execute day to day operational tasks
- Deliver as per agreed timelines
- Adhere to SLAs
- Identify and execute process improvement opportunities
