Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the QA team( Manual Testers) and manage complete testing activities across projects.

- Perform mobile application testing on ( Android & iOS ) & must have experience with Software Testing
- Understand business requirements and application functionality before initiating testing.
- Prepare, review, and execute Test Plans , Test Cases , Test Scenarios , Regression Test Suites
- Perform various testing activities, including Functional Testing , Smoke Testing , Sanity Testing , Regression Testing , Ad-hoc Testing , Retesting , UI Testing
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and Rest Assured.
- Work on automation testing using tools/frameworks such as Selenium , Rest Assuredz , WinAppDriver
- Identify, track, and report defects using JIRA or similar tools.
- Coordinate effectively with Development, BA, Product, and Deployment teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to QA process improvements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
- Explore and implement AI-driven testing approaches wherever applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications :





• 6 - 10 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual & Automation). • Experience in leading QA teams and managing testing deliverables.

• Robust understanding of: SDLC & STLC , Defect Life Cycle , Testing methodologies and best practices

• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing , API Testing & exposure to Automation Testing.

• Good knowledge of Selenium , Postman , JMeter , Rest Assured , WinAppDriver

• Experience with database testing using: SQL , MySQL , PostgreSQL , MongoDB

• Experience in Software Testing and Mobile Application Testing (Android/iOS).

• Understanding of security testing concepts and QA processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Good time-management and team coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in Stock Market / Trading Domain.

• Exposure to Fintech or Gaming projects.

• Exposure to automation framework design and maintenance.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with AI tools used in Quality Assurance.
