Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, digital outreach, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives while working closely with the core management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute growth marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Drive lead generation through LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, and industry platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize conversion funnels.
- Conduct customer, competitor, and market research.
- Build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Support dealer development, customer engagement, and market expansion initiatives.
- Work on automation, CRM management, and growth experiments.

Requirements:

- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and lead generation.
- High ownership mindset with ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced entrepreneurial environment.
