Role & responsibilities

1. Floor Inspection & Monitoring

- Conduct regular floor walks to check cleanliness and maintenance.

- Ensure proper functioning of lights, AC, furniture, printers, and equipment.

- Identify facility issues and arrange quick resolution.

2. Housekeeping Coordination

- Supervise housekeeping staff.

- Ensure office areas, restrooms, pantry, and meeting rooms are clean.

- Maintain hygiene standards across the floor.

3. Maintenance Coordination

- Raise maintenance tickets for electrical, plumbing, or HVAC issues.

- Follow up with technicians until the problem is resolved.

- Report major issues to the Facility Manager.

4. Employee Support

- Handle employee facility complaints (AC issues, workstation problems, etc.).

- Arrange workstations for recent employees.

- Support internal events or meetings with seating and facility setup.

Vendor Management

- Coordinate with vendors such as:

- Housekeeping

- Security

- Pantry services

- Maintenance contractors

- Ensure vendors provide services as per company standards.

6. Meeting Room & Space Management

- Monitor meeting room usage.

- Ensure rooms are clean and properly arranged.

- Manage workspace allocation when required.

7. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure safety guidelines are followed on the floor.

- Assist in fire drills and emergency procedures.

- Monitor workplace safety hazards.

8. Reporting

- Maintain daily logs of complaints, maintenance requests, and resolutions.

- Prepare reports for the Facility Manager
