We're Hiring: Lead Clinical Data Manager (CDM)

Are you an experienced Clinical Data Management professional looking to take the lead on global clinical studies? Our client is looking for a Lead Clinical Data Manager to join their growing team and drive end-to-end data management activities across clinical trials.

Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 8-10 Years
Qualification: Master's Degree in Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Clinical Data Management activities from study start-up through database lock and study close-out.
- Design, develop, test, and implement eCRFs in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Prepare and review Data Management Plans (DMPs), Data Cleaning Plans, Data Validation Specifications (DVS), eCRF Completion Guidelines, and study documentation.
- Oversee data cleaning, query management, SAE reconciliation, and vendor/laboratory data reconciliation.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), database updates, protocol amendment assessments, database freeze/lock activities, and study archiving.




- Generate study metrics, status reports, and ensure timely project deliverables.
- Program edit checks and deploy studies to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent Clinical Data Management in client Study Management Team (SMT) meetings.
- Support audits, inspections, process improvements, and troubleshoot EDC-related issues.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of Clinical Data Management experience
Strong expertise in EDC systems and clinical database structures
Experience leading end-to-end clinical studies
Sound knowledge of GCP, CDISC, and regulatory requirements
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
