We are looking for an experienced Manager/Assistant Manager Inventory Management to manage end-to-end stores, warehouse, inventory, and material movement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, supporting uninterrupted production, and driving warehouse operational excellence.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end stores, warehouse, inventory, and material movement operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through ERP/SAP and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and Material Planning teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory movements and minimize shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete stock.
- Lead and supervise stores and warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO, 5S, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts,



and stock reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze warehouse and inventory performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure timely inward and outward movement of materials to support production schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- 1015 years of experience in Inventory Management, Stores, Warehouse, or Supply Chain.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP.
- Solid knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, and material planning.
- Good analytical, leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing/Electronics/EMS industry will be preferred.
