Roles and Responsibility

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms meet high standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain consistency and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Train and mentor new hires to enhance their skills and knowledge.
