Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect / Data Modeler to join a large-scale enterprise Data Integration Hub (DIH) transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, data analysis, source-to-target mapping (STTM), SQL, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing. This is a hands-on role requiring close collaboration with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to design, analyze, transform, and validate enterprise data.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze complex datasets to understand data structures, relationships, and data quality issues.
- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Create detailed Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents and transformation logic.
- Translate business requirements into implementation-ready functional specifications and pseudo-code.
- Perform data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and variance analysis across legacy and target systems.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues through structured root cause analysis.
- Work closely with Data Engineers and Architects during ETL/ELT development.
- Support testing, validation, and go-live activities for enterprise data migration projects.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of accurate, high-quality, and business-ready data.

- Experience defining transformation logic and source-to-target mappings.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams in a fast-paced workplace.
