Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute marketing activities to establish and maintain brand presence & increase business prospects in the identified markets
2. Conduct media planning and coordinate all modes of marketing communication/ promotion execution across ATL and BTL mediums
3. Identify potential brand partnerships in the market and collaborate programs
4. Conduct campaign activation in the local market to improve walk-ins at project sites
5. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
6. Provide necessary assistance to General Manager, Marketing in all activities pertaining to brand building
7. Assist in developing annual marketing calendar. Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget

Other Responsibilities include:

1. Lead generation, allocation, and tracking.
2. Plan and execute events to support sales and marketing activities.
3. Manage vendors, payments, and related documentation.
4. Oversee channel partner (CP) activations and coordinate current employee email ID setups.
5.



Provide front desk/reception support in GREs absence.
6. Manage collaterals and ensure timely availability.
7. Handle Salesforce updates, MIS, and reporting responsibilities.
8. Prepare and manage STM duty rosters.
9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
10. Prepare reports and support management with insights.

Requirements

1. 1-3 years of Brand marketing experience
2. Thorough understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
3. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels
4. Experience in collaborating with agencies and evaluating outputs
5. Excellent communication & teamwork skills. Creative mindset & high analytical skills

2. MBA- Marketing, optional
3. Experience - 2 to 6 years
