Role: Travel Ticketing Executive (Indian Market)

Key Requirements

- Hands-on experience in domestic and international flight ticketing.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Good understanding of airline fare rules, reissues, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and schedule changes.
- Experience handling customer queries related to ticketing and travel services.
- Familiarity with LCC and Full-Service Airlines operating in India.
- Ability to identify the best routing and cost-effective fare options.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to work rotational shifts and weekends, if required.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight booking requests.
- Process ticket issuance, cancellations, reissuance, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
- Assist customers with fare quotations, flight availability, baggage policies, and airline regulations.
- Resolve ticketing-related issues while coordinating with airlines and internal stakeholders.
- Manage ticketing queues and ensure timely closure of pending cases.
- Handle schedule changes,



involuntary changes, and airline waivers.
- Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and airline guidelines.
- Minimize ticketing errors and revenue loss by maintaining high accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales, customer support, and finance teams for ticketing and refund-related cases.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Indian OTAs or Travel Agencies.
- Knowledge of BSP processes and airline ticketing regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
