Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate MERN Stack Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js), along with excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of modern web development practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Develop secure and high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, optimize, and maintain MongoDB databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into pixel-perfect, responsive web applications.
- Integrate third-party APIs, authentication services, and payment gateways where required.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, security, and performance.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical discussions.
- Debug production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.




- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 35 years of professional experience in Full Stack/MERN Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, Redux/Context API, and React Hooks.
- Strong experience in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
- Expertise in MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and query optimization.
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.
- Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
- Experience with Git and cooperative version control workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
- Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
- Understanding of application security and OWASP best practices.
