Roles & responsibilities:

1. Regulatory & Legal Compliance

- Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, 1948, CLRA, BOCW, and other applicable labour laws
- Manage amendments, renewals, and maintenance of statutory licenses and registrations
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks, SOPs, and risk mitigation strategies

2. Pollution & Environmental Compliance

- Handle Pollution Control Board approvals (Air & Water), including CTE & CTO
- Manage Environmental Clearance (EC) and ensure compliance with environmental norms
- Coordinate environmental monitoring, reporting, and inspections

3. Government Registrations & Liaison

- Manage registrations on Nivesh Mitra / Invest Rajasthan / other state portals
- Liaise with Pollution Control Boards, Labour Departments, and other authorities
- Handle inspections,notices, and compliance clarifications

4. License Management & Renewals

- Ensure timely renewal and tracking of:
- Ground Water NOC
- CTO / Pollution approvals
- Boiler License
- Fire Safety Certificate
- FSSAI License

Labour Law & HR Compliance

- Manage monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual statutory returns
- Maintain statutory registers, payroll compliance (PF/ESI), and employee records
- Oversee contractor compliance and labour license management across sites

6. Compliance Operations & Audit

- Develop compliance checklists and audit programs for internal and external audits
- Ensure audit readiness and closure of non-compliances
- Monitor compliance risks and implement corrective actions

7. MIS, Reporting & Tools

- Maintain compliance MIS, dashboards, and reports (Excel )
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions

8. Team Management & Coordination

- Lead and supervise compliance teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments
- Manage client/vendor/contractor compliance requirements
- Handle escalations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
