1) Estate Maintenance / Plumbing, Carpentry and Structural Maintenance

Receive & analyze service requests.

- Finalize details of work to be executed THE RIGHT SOLUTION.
- Estimate cost of work.
- Liaise with Central Service & complete the task.
- Update actual cost details in departmental sheet for budgetary control.
- Analyze repeated works and devise corrective actions to rectify them.

2)Civil Project (Major & Minor)

Receive inputs from user about requirement (like size, capacity, type etc.).

- Finalization of location.
- Find out type of soil/bearing capacity in case of machinery foundation/construction work.
- Finalize design consultant.
- Get designs/drawings from designer/consultant.
- Approval of drawings/designs.
- Prepare BOQ as per design/drawing of the project.
- Float enquiries/tendering.
- Evaluate quotations/tenders.
- Internal estimations.
- Ordering within budget / Vendor finalization / Issuing Purchase Orders (PR & PO).
- Arrange area/site clearance for start of work.




- Monitor civil/construction works in office as per drawings/specifications.
- Ensure timely completion of project.
- Ensure acceptance of completed project with user (measurements, inspection, etc.).
- Close the contract with vendor and ensure payments are released (bill certifications, etc.)
