Job Summary:
Required to work as a DCS operation for performing following duty:
1. to handle causticizing and CD filter in DCS and maintain all parameter to achieve desired quality and quantity.
2. To operate and handle DCS operation of Limekiln, ESP and muffler operation of both kiln.
3. Follow all the instruction given by his supervisor.
4. Follow all standard practices and policies of the company.
Functional Responsibilities:
1. He will report to AGM (pulp mill & chemical Plant)
2. He will be responsible for DCS operation of Causticizing and limekiln under guidance of shift Incharge.
3. He will take all precaution and follow standard practices and policies for safety, workplace and equipment related norms.
4. He will be responsible for handling operating crew under him by giving instruction time to time.
5. He will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting of the problem and report to shift Incharge time to time.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
He must poses diploma in chemical engineering/ pulp and paper
He must poses B.Sc. /M.Sc. (chemistry and Maths)
Experience from the soda recovery operation especially in Kiln and Causticizing will be an added advantage.
