- Analyze engineering drawings, 3D models, and customer specifications.
- Prepare detailed process plans, routing sheets, and operation sequences for tool manufacturing.
- Select suitable machining processes, cutting tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with Design, CNC Programming, Production, and Quality departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Support current product development and tool trials.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Strong knowledge of tool room manufacturing processes including CNC Milling, CNC Turning, EDM, Wire Cut EDM, Grinding, and Heat Treatment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and tolerance requirements.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, gauges, and inspection methods.
