Position: Business Development Manager in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities through networking, client meetings, and industry engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and revenue growth projections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales and marketing strategies.

- Monitor company performance and prepare management reports for review.
- Lead, mentor, and train business development and sales team members.

Experience handling forecasting, growth strategy, and stakeholder management is essential. Exposure to engineering or steel structures businesses is highly preferred.

Education

- Minimum: Undergraduate Degree in Management or related discipline
- Preferred: Postgraduate Degree in Management (MBA or equivalent)
- Additional Certifications: Sales, Business Strategy, CRM, or Leadership Certifications
