Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized diet plans and nutrition advice to patients with various medical conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.
- Conduct patient counseling sessions to educate them on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and portion control.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex medical needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary recommendations accordingly.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in clinical nutrition or related field (dietitian/nutritionist activities).
- Solid knowledge of diet counselling principles and practices.
- Ability to activate effective communication skills for patient education.
- Familiarity with relevant software applications used in the industry.
