Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Maintain an outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Manage inventory levels and ensure product stock is adequate and well-organized.

Coordinate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.

Handle operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on customer service.

Analyze sales figures, forecasting future sales, and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.

Implement measures to control shrinkage, manage expenses, and increase profitability.

Ensure the security of the boutique and adhere to safety protocols.

Train staff on best operational practices and monitor their performance.

Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a retail manager,



cashier or in a similar managerial role in Jewellery Industry preferred.

Strong understanding of retail management best practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mind with the ability to analyze data and performance metrics.

Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
