Role & responsibilities

- Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the Managing Director and leadership team.
- Drive profitability, working capital optimization, and sustainable business growth.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8-24 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing and export-oriented organization, preferably in the textile/apparel industry.
- Strong exposure to costing, budgeting, treasury, taxation, audits, and financial planning.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams including Finance, Purchase, Export-Import, and Legal.
- Hands-on approach with excellent analytical and commercial acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, growth-oriented organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
