Job Description: Finance Manager

Experience Required: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital, treasury functions, AR and AP.
- Exposure to corporate legal matters will be an added advantage.
- Monthly closure of Profit and Loss account.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decisions
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to internal controls
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance/accounts executives
- Monitor and improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiency
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, or board reporting activities (if applicable)
- Evaluate and manage financial risks; recommend mitigation strategies
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants,



and regulatory bodies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Package: Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
