Job description:-

The Candidate should drive revenue by achieving sales targets, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring maximum product availability in retail outlets. They are responsible for implementing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, expanding distribution networks, and monitoring competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities

- Target Achievement: Driving primary and secondary sales targets within a designated territory.
- Distributor Management: Managing distributor relationships, handling inventory levels, and ensuring high service levels.
- Retail Expansion: Expanding the distribution network and strengthening presence in General Trade (GT)
- Market Execution: Implementing merchandising standards, brand promotions, and ensuring new product launches are executed successfully.
- Data Reporting: Analyzing sales data to provide market forecasts and insights.
- Education: Graduate degree (b.com preferred) or an MBA for higher-level sales roles.
- Experience: 5-10 years of field sales experience in FMCG, with solid negotiation and relationship-management skills.
