PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF YOUR ROLE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze and understand product requirements and specifications.
- Develop innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions for home textile products at myTrident.
- Collaborate with the Design and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand identity and product positioning.
- Identify and source appropriate packaging materials and vendors, both domestic and international.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with specifications.
- Ensure packaging meets all applicable safety and health regulations.
- Conduct packaging tests to evaluate durability, aesthetics, and functionality during handling and shipping.
- Monitor and manage packaging inventory, costs, and supply timelines.




- Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and sustainable packaging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and retailer-specific packaging requirements.
- Support packaging artwork development and approval processes.
