Position: Lead / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Employee Relations (ER)

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Employee Relations professional to manage employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and workplace culture across high-volume BPO operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of labor practices, and the ability to build positive employee relationships while ensuring policy compliance.

- Eligibility

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 610 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations within a Domestic BPO or Contact Center environment.
- Experience in managing high-volume employee populations.
- Prior experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and engagement programs.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Employee Relations activities across assigned business units.




- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct counseling sessions, disciplinary meetings, and investigations related to employee misconduct.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, fun activities, R&R; programs, and retention campaigns.
- Drive attendance improvement and employee retention initiatives in coordination with Operations.
- Conduct skip-level meetings, focus group discussions, and pulse checks to understand employee concerns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, HR processes, and workplace ethics.
- Handle warning letters, show-cause notices, domestic inquiries, and disciplinary documentation.
- Coordinate exit interviews and analyze attrition trends to recommend improvement actions.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Training, and Talent Acquisition teams to improve employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and present ER dashboards, MIS reports, attrition analysis, and engagement reports.
- Mentor and lead a team of HR Executives/ER Executives to achieve departmental goals.
- Support HR projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
- Preferred Experience

- Experience in Domestic Voice/Non-Voice BPO operations.
- Exposure to employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture-building initiatives.
- Experience working with large employee populations (500+ employees) will be an added advantage.
